Speaker Profile
Thomas Romberg, CFA, is a Partner in PwC’s Valuations practice and leads the energy, utilities, mining and infrastructure valuations team in London. He has more than 15 years’ experience in providing natural resources and infrastructure sector specific valuation advice for financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, disputes, expert opinions, corporate restructuring and refinancing purposes. Thomas’ clients include major international mining and oil & gas companies as well as financial investors in the sector, such as Infrastructure & Private Equity Funds, and Sovereign Wealth Funds. Thomas has provided pre-and post-deal valuation advice on numerous cross-border transactions across the oil & gas and mining industries and is also currently engaged by more than 10 major international infrastructure funds and SWFs to provide independent valuations of their energy and infrastructure investment portfolios.
